Day before Dark Moon
Pluto Retrograde
Jupiter Retrograde
Neptune Retrograde
Sunny and pleasant

Shows were fine. The one big change that I have in the particular track I’m doing has gotten more complicated, but with the chance to do it several times in a row, it’ll be fine. The actor and I work well together.

In between shows, a group of us went to dinner at Lime Jungle, on 9th Avenue. The food was good, but I swear my frozen sangria had Tabasco sauce in it – not an experience I want to repeat. A Tabasco slushy is not my idea of a dinner beverage. The service was mediocre, but the food was good and inexpensive.

Got some editing done on OLD FASHIONED DETECTIVE WORK. I hate to edit while I’m still writing, but that’s the only way to get it out on time. I’m about to go back to the page – I nearly missed my train yesterday, because I was working on Chapter 20, and I had to abandon them all during the Big, Climactic Scene.

And then the damn train got stuck. Yesterday’s excuse was “signal problems”.

So I’m headed back to the page. Eventually, I’ll have to get up and go grocery shopping, but I’d like to get Chapter 20 finished first.

As soon as OFDW is done, edited, and out, I have to return to the story “The Possession of Nattie Filmore”, go back to HOSTAGE, and figure out what else is on my plate. I’ve got my column to write this weekend, another article to write for a publication, and research for two interviews I’m conducting the week of September 9th. I also need to pitch for some short term jobs, but I have to find/create something interesting first.

There’s plenty to do. It’s simply a case of getting my butt in the chair and getting it all done.

Let’s hope the building’s rat bastards are quiet today.
