We’re headed back to the house as early as possible this morning, with another carload full of stuff, so I scheduled this to post. I asked Violet to guest post, but she won’t.
Yesterday was a warm, rainy, busy day. Off to the car place in Stamford in the morning, had everything done to it possible, including getting new wipers. VW wipers have always sucked. Headed from there to Long Island to acupuncture, which was great. Felt so much better.
Back mid-afternoon, lay down to let the treatment “set”, brought up more boxes in the evening that I stashed in the back of the car, and packed. Also did some measuring.
I’ve got some running around to do when I get to the Cape — in and around waiting for the furnace guy to show. It’s my mom’s 86th birthday on Friday, so I’ve got to do something fun for tonight into tomorrow.
The landlords at the apartment are being more disgusting every day. They WILL learn “bite me” in 14 languages by the time I’m done.
More on Saturday morning.
Oh, yeah, I outlined in my head a new story while waiting for the car. Now I have to write down the notes,while I still remember.
