That’s one heck of a full day! As far as your feet are concerned — the standing on hard surfaces at the museum probably contributed to the pain.

It’s been awhile since I’ve been to The Museum of Natural History, but what did they do to the Hayden Planet. You went to several of my favorites spots at the museum. Now I want to go back and enjoy it again. Thanks for reminding me.

Now that’s a great day! Next time I’m in New York, I’m definitely going to the Museum of Natural History. I walked right by it when I was there in 2005; too bad I only had time for the Met that day! d:)

Oh, jeez! You made me drool over all the wonderful exhibits the Museum has! I’m going to have to look up that Mars book you mentioned.

The Museum of Natural History: you know, it would be worth another trip for that alone. I could easily spend an entire week in there. Both my kids are into history, but 9 is the one who really takes after my heart with his interest. We had an ancient Egypt exhibit come through Portland and he asked for tickets for his gift one year. And then we got there, and it was amazing to listen to him talk about the history involved.

Your day sounds amazing. Absolutely amazing.

And I don’t know what THE MATILDA MURDERS is about, but I’m sooo curious. Hope you have a great writing day.

Oh my gosh, what an amazing, dreamy day!

But don’t you hate it when you have to read those telephone-sized thick books for research? You just want to be able to absorb the info in them via osmosis or something…
