		<description>South Street Seaport!  That's it!  I knew it started with an S.  Glad I've got some brain cells left. 

I did ride the glass elevator, but stood way back.  That fear of heights thing. Though one time it was so crowded I was pushed right against the glass.  I thought I was going to die.  

Sounds as if your building needs new management!  That's awful what's been going on.</description>
