Lol my FIL came over to help us put in a new door once, then decided halfway through he was tired and done ofr the day. Thus leaving us with no actual front door for the night. Fun!

I’ve only read of a couple books set in Nova Scotia, so that sounds like a possibility. And yes, books always mulitply when you’re not looking. At least, I know my husband thinks so. It seems you need a database to keep track of them.
Ah, to hear Gaelic again. I miss it now that my Mom is gone. Too funny that you made them blush!

I was thinking Nova Scotia, too. I’m sure I’ve heard about shipwrecks there.

Definitely look into Nova Scotia for ship wrecks. They’ve had oodles of them, and the season may begin later than the Cape, but probably extends a bit later in the fall. It’s also a very quiet, isolated place and the people are great.

Didn’t you know your “stuff” always reproduces when you’re not looking? I have a few bags of Goodwill stuff in the basement that GOT BUSY, let me tell you! There’s like, TWELVE, now!

And that’s a hazzard of being a “book” person. You find a book you need, and order or buy it, and when you get home, you find the exact same copy you picked up a few years ago and forgot about it. You need a card catalog! But not until you get the house!

Moving stuff is such a pain, but won’t you be glad when you have it all done?

PS Nova Scotia sounds great for the locale. It’s different and interesting.
